Today, I toured the theatre where we will be filming our new musical.
As I stood on the stage, looking out where the audience will sit, I thought…
Yes. Perfect.
I wanted a place where I could share more about the process of the research, the writing,
the fundraising, the casting and the someday completion of this incredible undertaking.

Working with IFundWomen
Putting together a BIG old Fashioned new musical is… thrilling. It is also expensive. My team and I have been busy writing grants, and we have been lucky enough to be awarded every grant we have applied for so far. We just received notification that we qualified for a Tennessee Arts Commission grant. Yeah!. But this grant , like many others requires matching funds. That’s where our partnership with IFundWomen comes in.
IFundWomen is a rewards based crowdfunding platform that assists women in raising money for their artistic and entrepreneurial projects.
We are launching our campaign on Sunday, July 4th, 2021, the same day that we will launch our podcast series. The podcast series is both video and audio.
